EA_Group_Applicator_Flat_Lighter_Shade_-_FinalCosmetic giants Elizabeth Arden have taken their first steps into the global professional skincare industry with their Elizabeth Arden Pro range. The ‘new generation cosmeceuticals’ have been created following collaborative research with one of the world’s leading skincare scientists, Joe Lewis. The range is based on the skin health and beauty pyramid philosophy consisting of SPF, antioxidants and DNA enzymes at the base of the pyramid to protect and repair, then retinoids and AHAs for moisturisation, exfoliation and cell turnover, and at the top of the pyramid peptides and growth factors.

The pyramid is designed to help the skin professionals to help the clients to choose the best products that are suited to their skin. The PRO range targets five key skin conditions: problem prone, brightening, age defying, hydration, and sensitive along with booster products designed for all skin types. To optimise salon results, there’s a PRO homecare range designed to complement, enhance and sustain results.

Arthur Pellegrino, Vice President of research at Elizabeth Arden, said: “These products are the result of years of research into the needs of clients and the development of novel new, clinically proven ingredients. All of this results in a highly effective yet aesthetically elegant skincare line.”

The PRO range is certainly a departure for the over 100 year old company whose longevity is testament to the fact that it evolves and develops to meet the needs of customers.
