Are you thinking of experimenting with bright, funky hair colours like Kylie Jenner ready for summer and festival season? If yes, then have a look at my on line beauty coach express tutorial below.
Hair chalks are a great way to try temporary colour without the permanent effect of dye, so whether its cotton candy pink, beautiful-hued blueberry or lunar green, use these vibrant hair chalks for dramatic effects in no time. You can dip dye your ends, create chunky highlights or add flair to your fringe!
Step 1: Spray a 1-inch section of hair with water. You don’t need to soak the entire strand, just go as high up as you want the colour to be
Step 2: Colour hair with a good quality chalk (I like Chelsea Boutique Hair Chalks) Use 3 colours starting with the lightest shade first
Step 3: Wait for hair to dry naturally
Step 4: Using hair straighteners or curling tongs, go over each coloured strand. This sets the colour and helps it to last for longer.
Step 5: Brush and style as normal
You can also buy design stencil on line to be used in conjunction with hair chalks, I will be posting a blog soon for these.
