Lip glosses are the holy grail of the beauty addict, finding a gloss that doesn’t leave your lips feeling like they’ve been coated in glue is almost impossible, whilst there are some fantastic brands that do, coat, shine, colour and moisturise the lips perfectly, others leave much to be desired, and a gaping void in your purse.

I recently tried a brand not on your high street radar called Motives by La La, the glosses are mineral based and leave the lips really moisturised, the colour is long lasting and they don’t leave that sticky glue feeling. there are 12 shades in the range. I liked them and think the motives range although not a well known brand represent a good alternative for the much pricer well established cosmetic brands. Watch out for them.
