Professional Beauty is probably the biggest beauty show in the UK, where you’ll find the entire beauty industry congregated together under one roof for 2 whole days.

The show takes place annually at ExCel London on 23 – 24 February 2014, it boasts over 600 exhibitors that encompass the entire spectrum of the beauty industry from Salon and Spa furniture,  Nails, Waxing and Tanning, to Equipment, Training and Skincare, and that’s not all!

Professional Beauty, is a breakneck speed whirl-wind tour of the latest developments in beauty, but if you are not a beauty professional, then you’ll probably enjoy it for the amazing beauty bargains galore, and finding out about all the latest innovations and launches. If beauty is the game then this event is the name.

A staggering 10 separate sections make up this event, from Skincare to Nails and Tanning, Equipment, Advanced Treatments and so much more.

The spa equipment and spa treatments were amazing I found it hard to lift myself away from a luminous heated water massage bed that had me hooked to the point I almost fell asleep.

For me professional beauty is not all play, at this years event I spent two days as a guest speaker at Stand D22 for  the UK’s most Elite Cosmetic Tattoo Expert that is Karen Betts and Nouveau Contour her training institution, I was invited to give hourly talks on the importance of #SafetyInBeauty a consumer campaign I founded in October 2013, I spoke about why finding a reputable skilled provider of micro pigmentation was essential if you were considering a cosmetic tattoo procedure. I enjoyed two very busy days of talking, looking, finding and buying, that’s the beauty of this event and that’s why this years 25th anniversary of Professional Beauty seemed bigger and better than ever, lucky us.
