From the age of 25 our bodies start to fall apart as a result of inactivity, toxicity, and bad nutrition. In the process we become gradually fatter, weaker, slower, and less intelligent. If you want to half or reverse the symptoms, you can start today and make a promise to yourself to half or even reverse some of these symptoms of ageing. Meeting the requirements of your body is a daily commitment, so make the decision to put yourself first, after all you’re brilliant at doing it everyday with other obligations such as getting to work on time, dropping your kids off to school and paying bills, so surely your body, your health, your life, should come some way high up on that list of priorities?.

If you neglect this daily, then it’s no wonder that your body is starting to fall apart at the seams, break the cycle now, there is no such thing as ‘I don’t have the time’ clearly you do have time, you just choose not to find it.

Over the course of the next few weeks I will be posting daily tips as part of my ’50 Shades of Detox’ showing you how you can achieve a healthier, better lifestyle, that in turn can enable you to live longer, and stay younger.

Enjoy the 50 shades, I will be adding to them daily here…
