The first ever inaugural Beauty Blogger Awards were hosted in The Pillar Hall at the Olympia Exhibition Centre, London on the 4th October. The event saw hundreds of bloggers attending to see the best within the beauty blogosphere, rewarded for their achievements.

A staggering amount of entries were received for all six categories, making it a real struggle for the judges to select the six finalists for each award. The judge’s included Bio Sculpture, Tweezerman, Skin Accumax, Best Secret, NYX Cosmetics, Magnitone, Tolani Shoyene from So Feminine, celebrity photographer Joe Alvarez and celebrity make-up artist Armand Beasley.

I had a fantastic two days hosting the Live Stage throughout the two day event. The vast array of dedicated beauty bloggers attending made it a real joy to host.

The fantastic two day event also featured exclusive beauty product launches from some of the biggest and best brands the UK including Magnitude, Skin Accumax,  NYX Cosmetics, and BestSecret.Com.

The event featured FREE workshops, talks and demonstrations where attendees could be inspired by some of the industries key experts and guests including Lewis-Duncan Weedon.

The event was a first to be announce itself as a ground breaking and revolutionary event in Europe and was produced by the organisers of Olympia Beauty.

The event was a success and in true Olympia Beauty style will now be brought back in 2016, look out for an event that promises to be the one of the biggest and best ever blogging and beauty events.
