It’s been a hectic two months, but none the less a fun two months, filming a new two part TV show for Fitness TV on Sky 282 Celebrity Beauty Secrets, which I am thrilled to be presenting. The show delves into some of the treatments and procedures and products that celebrities favour when it comes to looking GORGEOUS!.
During this amazing journey of discovery I reveal some fantastic treatments and products. I had the opportunity to learn about them in great detail and further more, I had the privilege of meeting and talking to some of the best beauty experts in the UK, such as Nicky Clarke, the hair legend and celebrity favourite who gave the show an amazing interview, his epic stories and hair raising tales from encounters with some of the planets biggest stars were simply amazing to listen to, I was in awe I confess.

Ondine Cowley from Nicky Clarke styled my hair into the most gorgeous ‘up-do’ I have ever had, I never used to wear my hair up but thanks to Ondine I have been converted!. Ondine talked me through a celebrity style ‘oscars’ hair style and demonstrated how you can transform any look with style.

Other great experts included a talk through cosmetic injections with Dr. Al-Ayoubi from 1 Harley Street, who explained the different options available such as Hyaluronic Acid fillers all the way through to collagen stimulators such as Sculptra, Dr. Ayoubi also explained why some celebrities turn to cosmetic injections.
We had great interviews with TV celebrities such as soap actress Debbie Arnold, Model Jade Parfitt and and Hollyoaks actress Abby Philips. Even the very gorgeous Miss Amy Childs star of TOWIE paid a visit on location to us whilst we were filming in Harley street, to watch her stylist and friend Jade Elliott (our resident style expert) run through celebrity fashion secrets.

We learnt about how celebrities keep their skin looking amazing with skin expert Dr. Justine Hextall who talked us through skin probles such as Acne, and stretch marks, and solutions such as Kelocote and Kelostretch. We also learnt about non surgical ways that celebrities prefer when it comes to tightening their skin such as Thermage, Clear and Brilliant, as explained by the amazing and highly sought after award winning expert Dr. Tracy Mountford from The Cosmetic Skin Clinic.
Packed with advice and tips from the best professionals in the industry we covered an over whelming amount of information from Cosmetic Dentistry with Dr. Martin
Kinsella who dazzled us with his hollywood smile, to plastic surgery tips from surgeon Dr. Dirk Kremer, all the way through to fitness advice from experts such as The Body Doctor and Nicola Addison, it’s all in the show!.
I thoroughly enjoyed ending my filming tour by a trip to DermaSpa in Milton Keynes to talk Celebrity skin care and eye brows with Nilam, who treated me to her famous HD Brows, she is so amazingly talented and probably the VERY BEST in the business when it comes to HD Brows!.
