Thursday 17th September, Freemason Hall London: One of the world’s leading makeup artists Lan Nguyen Grealis launched a beautiful coffee table book called: Art & Makeup by the stunning publication is a bold and vivid exploration of the artistic skill of one of the most innovative makeup artists working in the industry today.

Nguyen-Grealis’ style and technical ability has led her to work with legendary names including David Bailey, Rankin and A-list celebrities including Paloma Faith and Millie Mackintosh. The looks Lan has created especially for Art & Makeup are inspired by the worlds of art, sculpture, cinema and performance art – references include Picasso, Warhol, Marie Antoinette, Cleopatra, Mad Men and The Great Gatsby.

The launch was a glamorous occasion attended by an intimate gathering of VIP guests, Including: Paloma Faith, Jade Jagger, Kelly Hoppen, Arabella Ballantyne, Jess Wright, Caprice, Kimberley Garner, Lauren Hutton and Roxie Nafousie. I had a fabulous time and the fashion show was spectacular.
