I’m a huge fan of running, although I need to work on my consistency though as I tend to have huge breaks in between enthusiastic phases of my typical ‘all or nothing’ approach to fitness.

I think one of the biggest problems runners face is keeping warm, but avoiding over heating, and this seems to have done the trick for me.
The unique fabric traps pockets of air to protect and insulate against the cold and is breathable transporting moisture away from the skin. I like it,actually I have become a little addicted to it, and for the price of £23.99 it’s a fantastic investment. Brilliant for ski-ing too.
